Subscription:
- The subscription fee is 150 €.
- In case of extraordinary situation players should inform the organisation in written form about resignation of player(s). Only in this case fee can be reduced:
a. 100% if resignation before September 7th
b. 50% if resignation before September 28th
c. 0% if resignation after September 28th
Settled grandmasters (+2300) necessary for the level of the tournament,
pay no fee and will get free accommodation. If these players are available or interested, they can send a confidential message to the tournament organization.
Participation is sure if the player is on the participants list and payed their fee right in time. Please make your enrolment by (international) bank transfer as soon as possible! (See contact address)
